Our Chief – A True South African Rebar Machinery Expert
Charle is a tough, hard-working South African who started in the steel industry in his early twenties. With more than 25 years of experience, he has built solid technical knowledge and a practical understanding of the steel and rebar machinery field.
Over the years, he has developed strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to tackling difficult mechanical issues. In 2014, Charle joined Pedax GmbH – Australasia , where he quickly became recognized for his ability to work across the full range of Pedax rebar machines. His role included technical support, on-site diagnostics, and complex repairs across the AU/NZ region. Through consistent, hands-on work, Charle helped improve machine performance, reduce downtime, and support the reliability that Pedax customers relied on.
Our service
A comprehensive full service is recommended every 3–4 months . To ensure all repair and maintenance work is performed correctly and in line with manufacturer specifications, servicing should be carried out by an authorized PEDAX agent . Work completed by unauthorized parties may impact machine performance, safety, and warranty conditions.
Rigant specializes in practical problem-solving and end-to-end planning for new workshops and production lines, ensuring each workshop is equipped with the correct rebar machinery to suit its production demands.
